The SAT was out of 2400 between 2005 and 2016. I did not know that. I was before and my kid is after.

well, DOGE has said in court that Elon is not in charge/etc., and I think this statement is, in part, to protect Elon from these cases and FIOA requests, etc.

sure, there's a mens rea component to just about every crime. so re vandalism, did he intend to vandalize? i don't think "well, i did, but it was only so i wouldn't blow my cover" works. even a state shield law (for the press) wouldn't cover this, i think.

1. Musks's Starlink gamed a badly run Trump-era broadband subsidy system to get a billion dollars.

2. The Biden FCC (correctly) reversed the award, saying taxpayer money should be prioritized for more reliable fiber, and that Starlink was expensive and slow.

3. Republicans whined.
