One of the first sound cards. Not THE first, it's an S-100 sound effects, a stereo AY-3-8910 board for IMSAI/Altair/etc. Mine was owned by the 8910's creator.
Maybe more exotic: his portable demonstration unit, probably the first portable chiptune device.

Found out today that Dave Chapman, of Chromelodeon fame (their accordion player), has passed. ☹
