No problem! A critique group is also SUPER helpful. Really helps give you perspective you never get on your own.

I'd say on flow that you should try to write the same fight scene three times. See which one flows best even if they all flow terribly. And try to analyze what made the best one flow the best. And then apply that, and repeat. Writing is mostly built up skill, never forget that.

Well like any other scene, you'll want it to do a specific thing. If the fight is meant to illustrate a character's strength, tailor it to use words and actions that prioritize that. So descriptions should also focus on that.

Flow though, that's hard to pin down.
