I'm going to hope that they're interested in understanding how a handful of zealous/egomaniacal individuals can exercise a disturbing amount of power, in part by influencing people to demonize a minority.

X has become a cesspool of racism and bigotry.
At this point, its only value is to document the depravity—
evidence of the ideologies festering in our own backyard,
the same ones steering us toward authoritarianism and fascism.
