As a hypnotist, I'm not into "losing pounds" since it suggests that I might find them again. So I'm going to say I vanquished 17 pounds instead.

Take a piece of paper out and write on the top. “ I am successful because…” Under that make a list of all your successes that fulfill the sentence. It is one way to train your brain for success and confidence.🧡

The most successful hypnotist I know posts every day. I get at least three emails on his mailing list a month. It makes me wonder if there is a line where it is too much and people unsubscribe. I think this wondering stops me from posting at all.
