Thank you! I am actually loving my body way more now that I’m middle aged than when I was young. It’s a greater confidence in my body and also less concern about perfection. The funny thing is that when I look at photos from my 20s I was actually gorgeous but I thought that I was ugly.

It’s probably both for me. I definitely need time to myself. But I also often feel anxious around my partner. It’s something that I have become really aware of lately. I just notice that my anxiety spikes when he is home.

I didn’t really start liking my body until I was older. Which is funny now when I look back at how amazing my body was when I was younger.
