Exactly. We need to know who else was willing to vote yes but got cover by the 8. Definitely Schumer but there apparently others.

Does she also believe in object permanence? Questionable at this point.

Removal by expulsion if they don't retire immediately.

This was orchestrated. Schumer gave implicit approval by not stopping this. Likely a couple of other Dem senators as well. Trying to maintain a narrative while bowing to corporate donors.

💯 Existing signed trade agreements are ignored. How many extortion 'announced' investments will actually be completed? Uncertainty adds risk and I see companies delaying or looking elsewhere. Countries are forming blocks without US.

The Sound of Music? You mean the story where they are escaping Nazis? What side is the audience cheering for?

Agree. I think he is saying that because a number of centralists think that the takeaway from Tuesday was ONLY that Trump is unpopular and that if they return to the same-old things will okay as long as they get the right message from the consultants. Keep fighting Trump and the establishment.

What they need to learn from Mamdani is that if you actually listen to your constituents, commit to fighting for them and their needs vs. selling out to corporate interests and the oligarchs, you can take on anybody.

Although he has some progressive views my concern would be Obama's connection to the donor class. I wouldn't want Zohran's policies moderated or muted by the interests of large corporations or the ultra-rich. Hopefully Zohran will build bridges while maintaining his democratic socialist policies.

So glad that laying out credible transition plans is listed first. Giving workers and businesses a clear path is critical. It addresses the fear of change. As we have seen pricing climate risk and fighting disinformation without a clear transition plan isn't sustainable policy.

I think by primarily writing and phoning elected officials trying to block key policies. I think a lot are not immune to the thought of being primaried.

I hope Zohran doesn't get pulled to the center. Stand strong! Don't fall for the "you need to moderate to get things passed" bull shit. The people will have your back!
