SO Bernie Morono is making it sound like only Democrats in Congress get paid during a shutdown, claiming he isn't being paid. Funny, since Republicans control all 3 branches and their pay is constitutionally guaranteed.

His parents were also born in Puerto Rico, long after it becamse a territory, so no anchor-baby there, unlike the Trump kids.
