While in Osaka I’ve met an incredible potter Anna from @ceramics_tocoton who taught me the traditions Japanese technique called “kirinuki”.

The finished cup just arrived! I’m so happy with it! I cannot wait to drink Matcha Tea from it!

After months of practicing I feel I’m definitely getting the hang of narrow neck vases. Still not perfect but I’m starting to make shapes I’m happy with!
