very kind Andrew, many thanks - I was blocked today because I disagreed with someone’s interpretation of cognitive science and didn’t get the chance to unpack my thinking, which would always be considerate and respectful in disagreement

cog sci is not necessarily the study of the mind as you outlined. yes it’s multidisciplinary but the scope can go beyond what you have outlined

what is cog sci? what should be a starting point perhaps for reading? what praxes allow theory to classroom? best research? what even is evidence? sorry, that was a lot but I’m a tabula rasa with all this stuff and feel a tad disconnected from many other more informed teachers
