cog sci is not necessarily the study of the mind as you outlined. yes it’s multidisciplinary but the scope can go beyond what you have outlined

your thinking is difficult to follow in this piece tbh…I have three main critiques of your thoughts which I think from my very limited understanding are misconstrued

so has a limited ecological validity? and p values of studies?

what is cog sci? what should be a starting point perhaps for reading? what praxes allow theory to classroom? best research? what even is evidence? sorry, that was a lot but I’m a tabula rasa with all this stuff and feel a tad disconnected from many other more informed teachers
