still surreal to me that something like this exists after following it for as long as i have honestly.

a big (and i mean BEEG) sounding record that really shows townsend's "wall of sound" approach in a way that doesn't sound suffocating, making for an amazing record thats worth a listen if you wanna hear something different when it comes to metal / rock!

the album that got me into the band and one i hold close because of it, jordan's production here is great and it was a turn for the better in the bands career, "doomed" is an amazing opener. easy recommendation this one if you havent heard it already!

a tearout album that takes influence from genres outside of it and feels different for a genre that can sometimes get a bit too stale and boring for my liking, sounding less like the end of the world as whole and just the end of someones world. easy recommendation this!

this album is... weird, its very minimal and droney coming from the guy who made "substrata" and even more so than the album that came before in "shenzou". its a outlier for sure, but one i love because of it. worth a listen, mileage may vary heavily with this one.

while it may just be patty copying drone musicians she loves, its pulled off in a really good way that makes for somehow both a very comforting and very uncomfortable listen at the same time. worth a listen, mileage may vary with this one.

might be a bit of deep cut this, but it's a dark ambient (maybe even dreampunk if you wanna be that guy, you do you) release i love for how haunted and kinda sad it feels. another easy recommendation this!

it's probably bt's best work next to hopeful machines? very dense and textural, leaning more on the side of what sounds like downtempo or idm than the usual trance material he makes and it's a side of his music i love dearly. check this out when you can!

fred's quickly become one of my favourite dnb artists after his split from long time partner grafix (not gramix lol) and this album, alongside his debut "radiate" are an amazing showcase of his "indie dnb" sound (as i call it). easy recommendation this one!

not a big halsey fan personally so this wasnt an album i expected to hit me as emotionally as it did after coming back to earlier this year, it's something i've found myself coming back to more and more since then. mileage may vary with this one.

always had a soft spot for this album in particular weirdly and it feels like a bit of an outlier despite being him doing what he does best, just in 2007 and 36 albums deep into his career at this point. very much worth a listen this one.

the projects best work (so far imo) and a great way to start the rca / post-eden era, even really appreactied the callbacks to other older tracks sprinkled all over the album as a long time fan. check it out if curious.

for as wild as matmos can get, i dont think anything will top this: the time they made an album out of telepathy. its just as all over all the place and a bit trippy at times as the concept makes it sound. easily worth a listen this.

possibly one of my all time favourite albums and one id give a 10 to if i gave ratings? while both greenhouse albums mean a lot to me, this first album hit me on deeply emotional level that i honestly wasn't expecting, worth a listen for those into warp type idm.

i wanna get this eye design on the back of my left hand as a permanent reminder of sorts that i have an audience and thus, eyes on me at all times.
