The government are public servants. They work for us. Not only do i think they shouldn't be able to trade stocks but they should be paid the median salary in their district. So if they want more money they need to fight for all of us to get it. We get more money, they get more money and not before.

I learned how to make coffee syrups and watched some videos on making better iced lattes. Now, the ones i make at home are fantastic. It only took a short time to learn and it was easy to try. (Also my espresso machine was only 120 and it makes pretty great espresso) Make it at home!

Fun fact- its not just the fiber in plums/prunes that makes you need a bathroom. They have natural sorbitol in them which is a sugar alcohol, you eat too many of them and that sorbitol is a big reason you'll suddenly be 3lbs lighter
