The advances in healthcare would be astronomical & fast, I think. & we haven't even touched on *how* ppl are gaining powers - is it a natural genetic thing that's always been around like X-men or is it relatively new like MHA? Does the genetic component accelerate cancers or eradicate them entirely?

How would health insurance work? How would niche cases be handled? Is there free universal healthcare due to the myriad of anomalies introduced into the population, or is it highly privatised & specialized? What's the ADA look like in this situation? Is being powered technically a disability?

We used Masks (powered by the apocalypse) with some mods & simplifications. It was a largely dialogue/plot/mystery game & Masks really just covered our combat rolls and how I leveled up the PCs. I liked it but it takes some time & in-game experience to really understand it & incorporate it smoothly
