3 months growth so far. my first #bonsai going well. excited for next year to repot and trim it up but for now I need to leave it to slumber during the winter.

roasted aubergine stuffed w a beautifully simple mix of vegetables. recipes courtesy of Middle Eats on yt. truly heavenly veg and rice here. I used the rice recipe he had for stuffed cabbage rolls which is filled with dill,parsley and tomato sauce.. things tht make life worth living
