I think the A3 will offer the best value for the money (both on it’s own + considering price of other parts) but it is bigger and doesn’t have a handle like the deepcool.
I would still say it’s convenient to take to a lan though (+ ambient temps at lans are high lol)

mATX is also quite a bit cheaper to build and offers more flexibility compared to ITX.
