Dr Lauren Stephenson is a Senior Lecturer in Film & Media Studies. Her main area of interest is the Horror film. She completed her PhD in June 2018; her thesis explored the British 'Hoodie horror' film cycle & its treatment of gender & class.

Zoe Keating: Zoe is a third-year PhD student studying English Literature with a focus on Science Fiction & the work of Le Guin. Zoe will be presenting a paper on Ursula K LeGuin's 'Tehanu' for our conference & also chairing panels.

Dr Morag Galloway is a Senior Lecturer at YSJ, currently engaged with autoethnographic research exploring the interrelationship of autobiography, psychotherapy, & narrative medicine using the body & viola. She is also conducting research into the Witch in Musical Theatre.

Dr Zoë Enstone is Associate Professor of English Literature at York St John. Research interests include medieval literature, intersections of the religious & supernatural, & the portrayal of witches in medieval/early modern literature.
