the landowner will most likely be billed regardless of whether they are anything to do with it.(If they are then prosecute to the full)
I know this is the position in Wales as it once happened to us nothing on that scale though.

I'm glad I found out that the fresh water Sherbs are actually fresh water shrimps before my children carried on the legacy.😁

Lol I had breakfast there with my nephew last Sunday and the displays were still holding on.
Breakfast was nice but probably the dearest in the area.
I think they have stripped the shopping centre beds now, hopefully they replant for spring 🌼
