I'm still not understanding why every single job on the market is requiring applicants to HAVE a bachelor's degree. 🫠 Like how is my on the job experience — 12+ years in financial services not enough or equivalent???? I can't even get an interview with internal positions at my current job.

I was able to get 3 credit cards paid off today with the help of my father in law. Couldn't be more grateful. I'm now even closer to being debt free 😭
