Please take the time you need! Before the holiday break I was glued to my screens to keep track of the latest horror this regime was inflicting upon us. I realized needed some time off if I was going to stay sane enough to get through another year of this bs. I’m hoping 2026 is a better year for us!

Classic Trump. Cause problem, implement a half assed solution to problem and claim victory! I think it’s hilarious that we’re using the money we got from tariffs that caused this problem to make it up to farmers. We’re basically taxing all of the USA so the farmers don’t need to sell their crops.

I couldn't agree more. We need people in there that will fight for what we need. The old guard clearly isn't up to the job if all they're going to do is fold when it gets hard. There was no reason to hold off this long if you weren't committed.

If you weren't going to hold out then you never should have voted against it. We need to clean house and get rid of all these people who don't have the courage to fight. You had every indication you needed to say the people are with you and want you to fight but nope! You gave in and got NOTHING!

I can’t believe I woke up to see one of my senators, @kaine.senate.gov is on this list! Holding out this long just to vote Yes based on promises of a vote from this party is infuriating. The people sent a clear message of support last Tuesday and less than a week later you vote for this bs?! WTF?!

It’s worse than just not helping. I’d say they’re doing everything they can to HURT hungry families. Withholding funding is a choice they are making, not something they’re just choosing to ignore or not fix.

Is it a tough call? Serious question. It’s very possible the GOP is going to remove that representation they’re trying to protect or at least make it meaningless if we keep going in this direction.

Regan loved tariffs..? Outright lies or ignorance. It doesn’t matter which it is, most of his supporters will just believe it and happily keep paying another 10% tax on things from Canada because “America first!” 🙄
