That's the beauty of baking - you never quite know what's going to happen... I'm sure they still taste(d) delicious!

I for one think there's a lot of value in 'snapshot' studies which are about a particular moment in (social media) history (though I might also be saying this because one of my yet-to-be-published 'side projects' involves newspaper comments from 2019...)
