Said coworker literally just admitted she has been flirting with me

Fast forward to now I am down 20lbs, sitting at 145lbs, sleeping more, drinking maybe once or twice a month, eating healthier than I ever have, love my jobs (I am working two now), and learning to deal with my mental health issues/disorders. Happier than I have been in awhile :)

I did do it the healthy way by eating healthy, in a calorie deficit, and exercising
