Sen Padilla made a statement clarifying he wasn’t arrested. Regardless, this treatment of a Senator is wrong & deeply anti-democratic. As he said, if they will do this to him, what will they do to other Americans who want to exercise their 1st Am rights? They want to intimidate you. Don’t let them.
