I wanna thank you and the team who worked on The Black Parade once more. I was my introduction to the Thief games and my favorite stealth experience in gaming so far! That first level introduced me well, and the second fully hooked me. It really felt like a full game and deserved mod of the year!

And in regards to the main progression it's good you can still do a lot of it together. Timing certain things might be harder with more than 2 people but should be possible. Tho I believe you can start in different areas so Im assuming starting quests would be completely different depending on spawn

I'll decide on what to do, as for me I'm not gonna even give the free trial a shot cause it might ruin the experience for me. I know personally without playing, social features will be a deal breaker so. Subscription it is for me!

Yeah it's unfortunate, I'm aware it's not just to incentivize subscriptions but also to help against mass botting in certain systems but it's unfortunate for trying to get a group of people invested in the game. Especially when social aspects can keep them interested when the grind pushes them away

Not to mention they would be using free accounts so they can't party invite eachother i believe. I'm assuming they wouldn't be able to join a guild either though I haven't looked into how those work yet

I've been really unsure if to try to convince friends to play it too since it seems more rpg than mmo so not sure how that experience of starting with everyone would be or if you can even share much of it.

Tysm for even getting screenshots you goat! Or goblin ig :D I'm starting a modded Valheim server with friends and people interested this weekend (which should be fun and grindy) and then in around 2 weeks gonna start up ff14 (which should also be fun and grindy) I appreciate you offering to help!

Is there a copy button to get the exact character over? Or would I have to go through each slider again. Which i wouldn't mind too much but hoping for a copy button.

So, in my incredible inability to wait a month ago, I decided to make a character at the very least and NOT start playing. I did just that but now my character is in a server and I have no clue if I can change that.
