Today we celebrate the patron saint of one of our schools, St Michael, protector and defender of the Church.

May his example inspire the whole school community to stand for truth, show courage and serve others with faith and joy.

There is now a millennial saint. Pope Leo canonized Italian Carlo Acutis Sunday during a Mass in St. Peter's Square. Acutis is known to many young Catholics by the nickname "God's Influencer."

The teen is credited with developing a multilingual website documenting miracles recognized by the church.
