Fair points, but it's the tactics of how Trump went about doing this that's problematic. It's risking our alliance with Ukraine to pay lip-service to Putin. Worse, Trump gaslit Zelensky on who actually initiated the invasion. Trump is kissing too much Russian ass to have actual leverage.
