Happy 3-year gotcha day to my beautiful Winnie!

She is my first rescue dog and it was a learning experience I underestimated. She's grown to trust me and that is something I think about everyday. The fact that I am her human means *everything* to me.

I truly love this lady 🥰❤️

Yesterday was Barnaby's 3rd gotcha day!

I can't imagine life without this little turd. He's my little velcro dog, always by my side whether I want him there or not 😂. I could not have asked for a better frenchie for Moley to send me. The best boy, my number 1 son, Barnaby ❤️

Just finished Herdling by @okomotive.ch and what a beautiful game! I did not expect to fall in love with a game about sheep herding, but the fierce protective nature that took over my soul when a calicorn was in danger was overwhelming. They are my children. Highly recommend. ❤️

Saw a female cardinal fly into my rose bush with some food and wondered if she had a nest in there. Turns out she did 😊🐣

These are a few of my favorite pictures of him. I don't have any after he matured out, he really, *really* did not like being out in the open. I did like walking his enclosure and catching a few of his legs stretching about before he went to hide ☺️

She's a year old and was surrendered to a local pet shop. She had been there almost a month, and I figured it was time for her to get an upgrade in life and join the zoo. I love her sweet demeanor and it didn't take her long before she started snuggling with me 🥰

Lost my chonky girl, Mavis, suddenly on Monday. She may have been older than I thought when I rescued her, as her time seemingly had come. She was a wonderful beardie, with perfectly balanced sass and snuggles. I'm going to miss getting her side eye when I was late getting her breakfast ready. ❤️

Saw a beautiful mother wolf spider carrying her babies for the first time this morning! This has been one of the many things in nature I've always wanted to come across. She was beautiful ❤️🕷️

With age comes forgetfulness... that said, yesterday was Barnaby's 2nd gotcha day!

Each day he reminds me why I love him so much and I'm so lucky to have him by my side. He's loving, he's insane, he's my little clown, but most importantly he's my sweet baby Barnaby ❤️
