@gruber.foo The only parallel for the sports media ridiculousness over the Yankees and torpedo bats is Apple and .
On one hand I’m not surprised. On the other, I’m just sad how easily everyone takes the bait.
(Ex.: Seeing Judge in these posts yet he doesn’t have a new bat.)

@gruber.foo @joannastern.bsky.social Given the “infinite loop” discussion you had, I had a surreal listening experience. John saying “Siri” resulted in my phone hearing it, Overcast pausing, my phone displaying an car icon, and then Overcast resuming, but playing the “Siri” bit again. Ad infinitum.
