Sometimes at work I can't think if my music is playing, and some times I can only handle instrumental music but no lyrics.

Yup. It just always sounds so fake to read out my list. Especially with varying sensitivities based on how I'm feeling. Pretty much I say just have some plain bread or rice and I'll be fine (and I carry snacks in my bag 😜)

So true. I often need longer to reflect and process things said, especially when there's emotions involved. I get called out for not saying something in the moment, but until I can think about it I don't know what to say
