The Piper Whisky Bar in Glasgow's George Square is opening it's new Whisky Lounge in early March after a make-over. Gillian Kirkland, who is celebrating her 10th anniversary of running the bar said, “I turned the pub to a Whisky Bar eight years ago and the malt count currently stands at over 200. It's been a great 10 years, but I wanted to create more space for private functions and our whisky tasting events.
