Best option: Get out before he does. If not- stockpile essentials, develop a trusted network & have low-fi/diverse ways of being in contact, make sure your paper work is in order, get to know your area. The back streets, the alternate routes, the shit soldiers maybe won’t know. Be cool.

Basically the military come in, normal laws & rights are suspended and the guy in charge can do whatever he ‘deems necessary’. think curfews, special laws enforced however they see fit, ban more than a few people assembling etc
