As small businesses we do watch the periodical hatings on of social media with trepidation… we hate them as much as you do, if not more, because they’ve captured everyone and it is the only way for us to communicate with you, so we feel trapped.

This means offering discounts & sales makes no business sense (in order to do sales you have to raise prices first! This is disingenuous and I will just not do it…) BUT I do want to incentivise you to join the newsletter!
