I joined Bluesky 1 year ago today! Here’s a letter for you all✨🫶🏻🫂

I had been a lurker within the online Swiftie community since I was 14 years old (with the exception of briefly being on the app “The Swift Life” back in 2017 before it fizzled out). I was too scared to express myself. I was worried I would be too much and not enough. Felt sad since I still didn’t have Eras Tour tickets yet (little did I know my family was prepared to surprise me 5 days later). But once I took the leap of faith, put my shyness aside, and just started interacting with any Swiftie post I saw - I felt relieved. Everyone was (and continues to be) so kind and welcoming🥹 I finally found a place where I felt included and could be myself and felt safe to l do so. It feels so wonderful to have found a place where I feel like I truly belong❤️ We have experienced so much together within the Bluesky Swiftie community. The final Eras show, many merch releases, Taylor reclaiming her masters, Taylor announcing a new album + listening to that album together, Taylor getting ENGAGED, and many bracket battles + ranking games + sharing our creativity! I feel so incredibly happy and lucky to know you all and to still be here with everyone on Bluesky 1 year later! I love you all so much and thank you for sticking by me🤍✨ Love, Sarah🫶🏻
