A former magazine sub editor, I enjoyed this article. Are Bad Things at times used like a joke construction, though, so that the funny/interesting/shocking thing comes at the end of the sentence? As in the 1st WP example?

I use Qobuz because I read somewhere they pay the most to artists. Sounds much better than Spotify. Recommendations not great, but I'd rather choose what I want to seek out anyway

world of books have an app - they don't take all books (you have to scan the barcodes to confirm) but will arrange for courier collection for those they do

Exactly this. The right wing - either cynically or stupidly - consistently conflate youthful student idealism and zeal with the supposedly dangerous views of much of their nation's populace. Students are *supposed* to be idealistic and to protest injustice where they see it, even if often naively
