Also also- I read somewhere once that if I buy the ebook version from Amazon, you don’t get paid until I Download and open that ebook- is that correct?

Follow up question- if reading on KU, then buying an ebook version does give you more money… would you rather me preorder the book and buy it outright, and not do the whole “read on KU and then Buy”? Which way is more beneficial to you?
