Interesting! I typically prefer separating my coloring and shading on a layer below, but that's just cuz of what I use.

That is so good! Curious to how you do the shading tho. Did you use different opacities of black, or did you select different shades of grey? I probably would have done different shades of grey and black on separate layers, and change the opacity of the layers to allow for easy coloring underneath.

High heels force your feet into a more natural position that would be a lot more effective for running in without the heel itself. If you look at nature most animals have heels that are really far back from the base of their foot, and up in the air. We should be walking on the ball of the foot.
