I was fascinated by "The Eleventh Hour" by Graeme Base as a child and spent hours pouring over the words and pictures trying to solve the mystery with my family. The sealed envelope in the back made the puzzle even more enticing. #Bookvember Day 2

It's an absolutely gorgeous little book! One of my favorites is "ozurie". It's sometimes hard to explain the beauty in sorrows but that one hits me every time.

If you happen to be in Minnesota - the MN libraries publishing project is a great resource: www.mnwritesmnreads.org I think the Pressbooks platform offers a free trial/self publishing plan, but definitely check with your local library first to see if they have access. #indiewriter

Yes! I'm still getting the hang of BlueSky too (it's definitely different), but starter packs (go.bsky.app/PdRV7Sw) helped me find other #kidlit folks and there are some feeds that are curated too like the KidLitMega feed by Debbie Ohi: publish.obsidian.md/debbieohi/fo...

That's great advice! Thanks for sharing! I'm definitely going to implement dual business cards (or more likely bookmarks for my first book). How long has your indie author group been meeting?
