The heart chakra at its highest clarity is probably the pure Self Energy, and also the presence of the Pleroma.

My view is that mind and body are non-dual. Thought is tension. I'm really into internal family systems, and I consider parts to be chakras, including minor chakras. What you've shown me connects to IFS so well, that the lower three and higher three can meet in the middle. That's instrumental. 💗🌟
