I still try to pay attention to issues going on in the world and seek to educate myself. I don’t think there’s a problem with a tiny amount of escapism on occasion if you don’t allow it to make you completely complicit with everything going on around you

I probably am misunderstanding the point and this probably doesn’t apply, but I will say it anyway. I do enjoy a little escapism for the purposes of not breaking down from everyone in my state wanting me dead and for species and gender euphoria on account of being unable to change my actual body
