You’re contradicting yourself. If you can’t understand how someone would believe Trump would lower prices than you don’t understand why people would vote for Trump. That’s the entire point. It comes off as intellectual superiority. It’s dishonest.

If you’re gonna be intellectually, dishonest and refuse to see how someone could be a Trump supporter, regardless of circumstance then yeah you’re not qualified. People like you are the reason that I struggle to get people to vote dem. Do better care more learn empathy.

I haven’t changed the subject. The fact that you can’t see why she would believe that Trump will be better is why you’re not qualified to talk to anybody. It’s not hard to consider another person’s perspective and understand circumstances that are not your own.

So the first election, she was likely paying attention to Trump won and Covid happened and you can’t understand how she can see Trump is the good guy? It’s not terribly difficult to understand. You just have to acknowledge a different life than your own.

Is she stupid or is she just listening to what trump says? A lot of his messaging is about taking on heath care companies. He brags constantly about reducing the price of insulin. And upfront pricing. Is she stupid or did she just watch Dems fail for 16 years?

We’re basically saying, the same thing in two different ways.

I said that intentionally because if you talk to somebody like they’re stupid, they’re not going to listen to you. You’ll make an enemy out of them, so yes reach people where they are but if you act like they’re stupid, they’ll run.

Because in two years, the midterms are going to be here. The people that voted for Obama and then Biden, and then Trump are populist. They can be won back. The people that sat out are populist, the messaging matters. If no one’s willing to talk to them, they’ll keep fucking up.
