None to little, it was always fascinating when people would pop out the optional uniform items when I was in. There are a *ton* of optional and alternate uniform items and most of them are rarely seen.

I got a P for being sent cranking for 5 months overall one cycle and then another P for being sent DCPO because "I wasn't there to learn my job and had no new quals". When they actively sent me back to cranking repeatedly to send *other* people to schools (who failed). Oh yeah I'm still irritated.
