She stood there, trying not to stare, but it's too weird. She cringed and looked around for anything that would distract her from the constant movement and sound comming from his swollen gut. It was just too odd to ignore. And everyone else don't seem to notice or care.

A concept I had in mind where in heat or in need, someone's heavy balls would just slam against the ground with a heavy wet THUMP!
