Tomorrow is Hoss' big day and when the sweet potato casserole and the cream cheese corn casserole will be assembled & baked.

The pumpkin pies are done, the turkey (not so lovingly named Hoss) has been in his citrus herb brine bath since yesterday morning. Waiting on the cream, milk, eggs, and butter to get to room temperature so I can cook the butterscotch for the butterscotch pie. Then I am done for the day. (1/2)

This young gentleman was waiting for me when I arrived at work this morning. Not sure how much longer I will get to see him around the ladies since the older buck is quite territorial.
