Here's the Baked Bannock Recipe featured at the back of "Bannock in a Hammock" by Masiana Kelly and Illustrated by Amiel Sandland!

Bannock or some version of it is now found in every Indigenous nation across North America. It is easy to bake and provides a good source of carbohydrates!
