Enscape was utilized for realistic renderings, showcasing the design’s materiality, lighting, and spatial qualities. This project refined the BIM workflow, emphasizing the integration of regulatory compliance, spatial efficiency, and aesthetic considerations in multifamily housing design.

The apartment building includes a variety of residential units and a first-floor amenity space designed to enhance the living experience. This shared area fosters community interaction and provides essential services, contributing to a dynamic and well-rounded urban environment.

As part of a Building Information Modeling (BIM) course, this project involved designing a code-compliant apartment building in Minneapolis using Revit. The development incorporates building regulations, accessibility standards, and material specifications to create a residential space.
