The story is 100% true. You might however want to be mindful about promoting that artist. She went down a very bad Q path in 2017 and isn’t with the SCA anymore.

Good chance it will have a better impact and broader functionality. Twitter began its decline over 2 years ago. I suspect facebook will begin to decline as well.

I know several providers and medical groups who won’t accept UHC simply due to their outrageous denial rates. They consider UHC a waste of administrative time.

I mean, I practice in a teaching hospital. Everyone is learning so nothing moves fast. This is understood. Yes sometimes it can get frustrating. But it is what it is.
