Same. I haven’t fallen asleep before 11:30 since maybe the couple years after college when I had a long commute to work. Later, when I had kids, they naturally stayed up late too. Honestly, one of the reasons we home schooled: none of us could abide by a schedule that demanded an early bedtime.
