I picked up Retrosix's Master System Player for Game Gear. This adds around 20 games that I previously owned for the MS to my #sega #gamegear library. Also the 2032 battery still has my save from 36 years ago. #retrogaming #retrogames #handheldgaming

A while back I replaced the capacitors in my old Sega #gamegear. The system came alive with sound and control but the LCD was dead. I finally replaced the screen with a modern IPS made specifically for this system thanks to Retrosix out of the U.K. #retrogaming #retrogame

Replaced capacitors. Sound and controls are now working but unfortunately the LCD is likely finished. Adjusting brightness to high causes it to power off. I'm looking into a screen replacement. #gamegear
