Finished with lesson 10, moved everything from a table in Google Docs to a spreadsheet. Notes are sick and way better than comments. This is way more time consuming than I expected it to be. Only 150 lessons to go.

we go again.. don't want to wait for data to accumulate over time so I might generate fake data based on the original screenshot so I can test out the graphing

Six lessons is currently 13 pages. I'm only just over 1/4th of the way done with the "absolute beginner" section. I think my Anki deck is going to mirror this layout; it'll have 8 sections per difficulty and 20 subsections per section, one for each lesson.

Currently converting each line of a text document into Chinese text-to-speech mp3 files for an Anki deck. I generated about 150 sentences in less than a minute. I also wrote a script that lets me combine multiple mp3 files so that the conversation cards in my deck can have audio as well. very cool
