For me, it depends on the role. Leadership roles I expect it, practical hands-on roles I look for work experience. And I’m not surprised, “worked on” has varying degrees. May people have been responsible for systems and don’t fully understand the underlying technology that drives the product.

I’m curious if they had a certification that would lead you to think they would know. I’ve taught many CISSP/CEH bootcamps, and topic is usually the toughest for folks to grasp.

I was just about to post the same thing until I saw your reply. I loved the “/“ short cuts and maneuvered around it with ease. Lotus was my first spreadsheet and the main reason I used a PC back then.
