All public library staff in England are being invited to complete an online questionnaire reviewing the role of public libraries in addressing the growing issue of mis/disinformation in UK society. The research is funded by Arts Council England and is being undertaken by the University of Stirling in partnership with the University of Glasgow. This will be the first major review of the role of public libraries in addressing mis/disinformation and will help evidence and draw further attention to an important societal role, and the challenges experienced by library staff. Please note the following: If you are aged 18+ and working in a public library (inc. voluntary roles), you are eligible to participate. No personal data is required. The questionnaire should take approximately 15 mins to complete. Further information is provided via the links to the questionnaire below that will initially take you to the information sheet that can be read prior to consent. The questionnaire will be open from Nov 3rd to Dec 5th.
